Camber Gauge adapter Swift DB1 with center lock hubs

I'm looking for an adapter for my Longacre bubble gauge which will fit over the 1-1/8" wheel nut on my DB1. I tried Pegasus and even looked at Longacre's website, but didn't see anything.

Any suggestions? Obviously, I can have one made. But, if there's an off-the-shelf solution, I'd prefer that.
