No idea, but interesting car. Looks like it might be a bit short in wheelbase to be very stable.

Usually found on older propeller driven aircraft. It's a shell made of fiberglass for carrying some form of electronics. I'm pretty sure it's a joke used to attract and stimulate inquiry?

My initial thoughts are it might have been built for the Bay Bottom Crawl, an annual event held in the keys.
