The KBS Mk.5 has arisen from the dead with many improvements including an all new rear axle assembly. Dan McMahan has been thrashing with Clint's help for many months now to get the seriously pranged Mk.5 running again. A much improved rear clip replaced the original prototype rear clip and saved about 40 lbs. Clint spent several track sessions on Saturday getting the Mk.5 dialed in and by Sunday he had the Mk.5 within a couple of tenths of Clint's Mk.8's weekend lap times with both just a few tenths behind Clint's F600 track record. George Fox and Jason Fitzpatrick were also there getting the cobwebs out and comfortable running again. The Mk.5 is now available for rental. The Scorpion for you bigger drivers is next on the schedule and will be running soon. Photos will be posted soon.
