Labor Day Bluegrass Pro Event Cancelled

Due to temporary issues with the track getting completed, the Labor Day event at Bluegrass will not happen. All SCCA Pro events that weekend are being cancelled and a suitable alternative is being sought for the Trans-Am and our events. If no desirable alternative is found we will not have an event in 2009; but conversations with SCCA Pro regarding 2010 are unaffected.

Since it's still two months out, I'm assuming the track is WAY behind schedule, leaving no hope at all it will get completed in time? Too bad this debacle has left a hole in the schedules of so many organizations that put faith in the track being completed on time.

Too bad, the track does seem quite fun watching these videos. Hopefully it is well appointed and well run. If so, it should do well. Nice to have another excuse to race near by.
