    Default Posting Issues

I have been a member since 2007. In the last year, I have had some login issues, however (fingers crossed) I hope that is now behind me. However, it seems that I can no longer post new threads. How can I rectify this situation? Can you help me?

The only issue I’ve noticed today is logging in.I should have recorded it, but the message is essentially that Login has failed so often that a Quota is reached and to try again in, I think, 15 minutes (or possibly 30).Not a web guy, but it seems repetitive (bot) login attempts are causing that.Just now when hitting Submit Reply it asked me to log in even though I did seconds earlier. No other issues I’ve noticed yet.(Just did a failed edit to separate sentences and paragraphs, as noted on next post)

I've had issues logging in. Also received the "login exceeded quota", and would get it on the first login try. Received it so many times that I ended up changing my password. Which worked, then it didn't, and today it does.

I too had probems with new paragaph (i.e carraige returns) not being reflected in a submitted post.

Plus when creating the post, none of the formating icons (Bold, Italic, font size, alignment, hyperlink text, etc.) were visable or available.

Good news, for composing this posting neither of those two problems exist. The editing icons now appear and are working.

Testing more after Bob Alder’s success.

So this phrase is bolded, this phrase is italicized, this phrase is underlined.

All showed up as should while posting, no login issues.

Default Login Issue Update — Fix Deployed

    Hi everyone,

Thanks so much for your patience while we investigated the recent login issues. We’ve made a few behind-the-scenes adjustments to how the site handles secure sessions, especially with cookies and logins over HTTPS.

You should now be able to:

    • Log in without being instantly logged out
    • Stay logged in as you browse
    • Avoid weird session behavior (like disappearing posts or needing to log in twice)

If you’re still experiencing issues, try clearing your cookies/cache for apexspeed.com and logging in again. If that doesn’t help, please continue letting us know — your feedback really helps us troubleshoot.

As always, we appreciate you bearing with us — and thanks for helping flag this so quickly.
