Default Looking for Frank Vella from MI

Hello, looking for a possible connection to a previous owner of a Van Diemen RF82. I purchased a car that has the ID plate removed and lost unfortunately. The only information that I have about the car is a parts box with a name and address and the Arch Motors frame number stamped on the roll hoop. Does anyone know Frank Vella from Michigan? I found that name on the Van Diemen owners list. I can only assume that I have chassis number VD-679. I know I am grasping at straws here but if anyone sees this post and knows anything about it, I would appreciate any help that you could give me.

    Thanks,
    Jon Ebeling
