Following the Spa WEC round, Sebastien is returning home to Florida and attending our weekly Formula F USA meeting on Zoom!

I am very excited to hear from Sebastien. He is a driver I have followed for years and the opportunity to sit in on a casual racer-to-racer round table with him is outstanding! Thank you to Formula F USA for arranging and hosting this Zoom call.

Looking forward to the discussion with Sebastien. He was racing for Newman/Haas in my formative years and is one of those racing Gods to me. I have a few questions to add to the discussion that it would be interesting to hear input on...

1) If you could only drive one racecar and one track for the rest of your life, what are you picking? (must be a car and track you have driven)

2) Of races you haven’t won, what do you consider to be one of your best performances?

3) On paper, the path to a professional motorsports career can be all single make/spec racing classes (ex. Road to Indy ladder). While I can appreciate the intent of those series, a potential drawback could be drivers reaching upper levels of motorsports with a reduced ability for more open ended “driver in the loop” car development since all experience is with cars that have a theoretically limited adjustment/development window. Have you observed this to be a tangible limit in driver progression?
