Having watched all of the various efforts to increase entries, etc... I am a firm believer that the work must be done at the class level. The number of races available during the season simply dwarfs the number of entries for our formula classes and leads to small, uninteresting races. Through some simple efforts to group entries it is apparent that we can have some great races at events where the formula classes can be provided clean run groupings. We are much better off being a big fish in a small pond than being a little fish in a big pond.
Entries for June Sprints look good, but they can certainly improve, I have entered despite a conflict in hopes that it all works out.
