I’ve seen them, but I’ve never had any first hand experience with them…….Are they standard Revo’s machined to work? Seems to me that they were “face machined” to accommodate the thick aluminum washer/spacer behind the wheel nut?

I have several sets of these center lock Revolutions. They are as you’ve described them. I plan on spot facing the holes so the Revolution lugs/washers work and used as bolt on wheels.
keep in mind that unless you have the small diameter lug bolts, you will also have the ream the holes to fit if you plan on converting them
if you want to convert bolt on to center lock, the lug holes may be too large for your pins.
