May MSR Houston Major
Registration is open for the SoWDiv Fun in the Sun Major at MSR Houston May 23-25! Houston Region and the track always do a good job of providing ample green flag racing. I find the track a fun challenge, the technical brake zones require focus to keep the lap times lows.
With the new tire rule I know of at least 1 heading the direction of the bias ply tires and heard rumors of a second. I am hoping we can get some of the Houston area club ford crowd out for a fun weekend! I can provide gearing info, video or data to anyone new to the track.
Off track, evening margaritas at La Casona or drinks at The Dirty South are usually on our to-do list. We managed to catch a Van Halen tribute band at the latter one time that brought the house down.
