    $15K seems a tad optimistic.

Wow, a Z16 that's not on my list yet!
This one may stay listed for a while but hopefully the new owner will add it to the Citation-Zink Registry! It was posted 27 days ago so the owner must realize that no calls on it means he's asking too much.

Price is only off by “1.”

Regardless, hope it’s saved and raced.

I suspect this is an example of "even if you got it for free, by the time it is race worthy, it'll have cost you more than it'll ever be worth" ?

Sad, but true. Maybe its best use would be to harvest it for useable spares. But, at a tenth of the asking price.

I think it deserves to be rescued but it would be a "labor of love" project for someone and there would be no point in keeping receipts...

Receipts? HaHaHaHa! I suspect that many racers keep two sets of books - one to show the spouse, and one with all the expenses recorded.

Dunno if it has log books (prob not), and what the extras are. Waiting to hear back from the seller. Prob thinks that since its an old race car that it's worth big money. That's a race ready/turn key price.

One of my biggest fears is that after I die my wife will sell all my car stuff for what I told her I paid for it.

Again. Very cool car. Yes agree it’s very optimistic asking price

I would think a true proper restoration would make this a great car! Likely worth more then $15k when completed but without seeing it who knows what it would cost to bring her back to life

If you value/ count your labor you would likely be underwater.

Saving an FF and putting back on track would be the motivation I would think

Wish I had the time for a project like this but just too much for me at this time
    Cheers
