Default Ralt rt 5 in england

    Hello All
i am looking for my old RT5 that I sold years ago to a man in California, he ran it in the vintage series then sold it to a man in England, it showed up a few year back on Facebook and I talked to the owner and he said it was in storage for the last 10 years and he never drove it but was going to restore it someday, I would like to find a way to get in touch with him and see if he is willing to sell it, it was Black and White and carrier the number 31 on it. Any way to find out who owns it now in England? He did post a picture on Facebook years ago with it was sitting in my driveway and stated he never touch it since he purchased it.

Sorry, can't help you with the fellow you were looking for. I absolutely do understand and appreciate the allure of buying back your very own RT-5. I get it and don't in any way mean to poo-poo your hunt & desire.

However, if you do find it and it is in need of a lot of work, when all is said and done, the cost of the "allure" might be a smidgeon discouraging. As ya' probably realize, the economics are usually way better to buy a truly race-ready car than buying something needing $$$s to make it track ready.

If you can't find the fellow or the whereabouts of your old car, either of these RT-5s might warrant your consideration. I have no financial steak in these two RT-5s. The seller is a friend of mine who is a motivated seller ("OBO" if you know what I mean.). Just trying to help either of you out.

RT5's are very rare over here in England. I have RT5:581 that came from a gent called Tanner in Texas about 8 years ago.
The only other one I am aware of is owned by a chap called David Cox. He can be found on Facebook.
    (20+) Facebook
Also try getting on to the 'Ralt love' group on Facebook and ask on there.
It may also have been rebuilt as a RT3, very similar and much higher value over here in Europe
