This a work in progress since 2016/7, rebuilt 711M standard pistons, mild st cam, twin webers, new brake master cylinders, new front alum LD19s,rebuilt rear cast LD19s,new alum rads+a spare, old copper ones still ok, front left upright replaced, crash bars put in at shoulder height, roll over bar strengthened, extra set wheels with slicks 10 years old, some spares.
this was not in an accident just a vanity project, engine runs but rough needs tuning, probably webers need proper jetting,dont have any means to do this since moving ,

Was wondering if this is my car from a long time ago? Not many of these in central Canada, let alone central Ontario. I sold it to a young kid whose dad owned the indoor cart facility near Toronto airport. The kid was subsequently badly injured in a dirt track car and his racing was over many years ago - the VD ended up hanging on the wall of the cart track for many years. It has closed down, and nobody seems to know where the car went.

this is not that car, but, my son raced a vd85 the back story was similar to this, was hanging on a wall, but it was a 2000 with wings and slicks, this familiar?
