1982 Lola T640 with spare Chassis for sale
1x Complete Car (HU22- Black) and 1x Spare chassis with bodywork (HU20-Red). Both come with the current, previous and original logbooks.
I bought the car and spare chassis in 2020 and ran with the VSCDA in 2021 and 2022. Only reason I am selling is due to purchasing a late model DP08 Van Diemen to run in SCCA.
The car has been professionally prepped throughout ownership. A new engine was built and fitted at the start of 2022. The hewland was refreshed by Two Doggs in July 2022
During the past two and half years a lot of development has gone into the car, including:
- New engine built and installed at the start of 2022
- Refresged Hewland in July 2022
- New, stiffer springs front and rear
- New brake and clutch master cylinders
- New front shock mount
- Multiple alignment adjustments by Jeff @ Belardi
- Panasports with new VFF tires fitted at the start of 2022.

The car was been developed into a fairly quick little runner! The car was run at Gingerman, Blackhawk and Road America. Lap times achieved are as follows:
1.17 at Blackhawk
1.39 at Gingerman
2.39 at Road America (wrong gearing in the car and did not have the spare ratios to make the necessary changes)
The car is located in Chicago, near Brookfield, IL.
Asking $17000 but I am open to reasonable offers.
