Gents;
I had a front canard dinged in the move from Brainerd to Destin.
I pulled out the dent, but need a the low areas as well as the hole filled with TIG. Anyone know who can weld water?

I use aluminum-filled epoxy to fill minor issues on my AL wings. IMO, welding stuff that thin is likely to cause more issues than it solves unless the person welding is extremely skilled and likely VERY expensive.

Other suppliers may have it or something similar at lower prices.
Also (much less expensive): https://www.googleadservices.com/pag...QgCEJMB&adurl=

Holy crap, we were using Devcon aluminum epoxy 60 years ago to add intake ports to our West Bend kart motors.
There is a glitch in the continuum...
When I posted earlier, I didn't remember exactly what I've been using - it's Smooth-On Metalset-A4
https://www.smooth-on.com/products/metalset-a4/
I like it because it's easy to use, comes in 2 small tubes, total 11 oz of material, and cures in a few hours.
When I Googled that I had a bunch of hits, prices all over the place, $15-$50.

Pegasus - "surface guard tape"
They have a selection of several thicknesses and colors in various widths and lengths.
Auto parts stores and body shops also often have it.

Was at the PRI show a few weeks ago and saw ISC Racers Tape has clear leading edge tape in 8 mil and 14 mil thickness. Summit Racing stocks it and I bought some last week.
Gents;
Good stuff here, and I thank you all.
A belated Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year to everyone!
