    Default Trailer Popsicle --- help!

Can any of our northern formula people offer any advice as to how to keep trailer door gaskets from freezing the doors shut ! I needed to get into my trailer and started to get out implements of destruction when I descided that it was better to just go replace the item I needed.

    Thanks AJW

Perfect trick, works great on street cars, too... spray down the rubber gaskets with the original Armor All. Won't freeze shut in the icy cold. Works like a charm.

Oh yeah, and a heat gun or hair dryer to thaw the frozen ones you can't get open now.

Silicone spray also works... just so long as you're not planning to paint the trailer anytime soon...

Better than using silicone spray straight onto the surface, I spray it on a rag or paper towel and wipe it onto the desired surface - that way there's no overspray to worry about.
