Are you looking for the same or flat 4 style? I have Sipos/Roxannes flat 4 with 4" primaries

    Garry,
That looks like a Beaumia collector.
    What's wrong with it?

Rusty and dented. I also wasn't sure if it was as effective as the newer styles.

I have done a lot of exhaust system development over the years.

    1) I have never seen anything like this before. Do the primaries just feed into the front of the box? Is it a simple box interior? If so the flow into the cone opening would be very poor.

    2) A 4-2-1 collector is better than a 4-1 if the primaries are at least 45-46" long. The cone never adds anything to performance.

I think when Beaumia was making these he would weld a box around the collector for the sake of hiding the collector design from folks. IIRC, there’s a normal 4-1 inside there. Perhaps Glenn or one of the other Midwest guys can probably comment further. It’s been quite a few years since I’ve seen one in person, but I seem to remember Lybarger running one of Mike’s shoebox collectors like this.

Yeah, looking in there with a flashlight, there is a collector in the box. I actually looks like a 4-2-1. I think the box might help hold it all together. Maybe it's a "collectors" item.

    Default collectors

Tons of folks out there with collectors...or able to make.... need pipe sizes, arrangements, etc.... I've used these folks a few times in past for various products: bends, etc..... good people, reasonable priced... but, as said, many, many more... call and ask.

    Absolutely correct, Ethan.
I recognized it by the "box"...which really just covered a 4-2-1 collector.
Lybarger called it the "brat-warmer"... a place to keep his lunch warm after a session.
I'm not sure if it was to hold everything together, or if Mike B. was trying to keep the geometry inside a secret at the time.
But I do know he put alot of effort into experimenting and tuning both the collectors and the primaries to create some of the best performing exhaust systems.
Garry, I'm sure somebody out here would be interested in buying that collector & reconditioning it.
I would... but I still have a complete system sitting on the shelf.

I just bought some from Cone Engineering. https://www.coneeng.com/pdf/4-1%20Collector%20PDF.pdf

But if you search for 4 into 1 collector there are lots available.
