    Default scca prelims?

We used to have an old SCCA forum run just by an individual. That site is gone and the SCCA has it's own forum on scca.com. In the old defunked SCCA forum I think Pam R used to post a hotbutton to the "prelims" which was a early draft of the new CRB rules.

Is there anyplace to get prelims? I can't find them anywhere and yes I am impatient and have no life.

    That makes two of us!!

There's a link here for prelims, as has been for some time:
    https://www.scca.com/pages/cars-and-rules
(Just go to Road Racing, Rules, to find it from the main page)

...but the links are there for Oct Prelims, and they're not active. Probably Because Runoffs - probably have to wait a good bit longer before we return to normal business.

I'm sure the CRB is about as busy right now as the COA, re-shuffling restrictors and weights...

?Also, Pam R. has cycled out as secretary to the CRB. The new secretary appears not to be posting notice of new prelims.
