Default swift for RF2? Tracks available?

Been away from sims for awhile. Did R D Long ever get the swift into a sim? Does RF 2 have good SouthEast USA tracks now? [Road Atlanta, VIR , Barber?] How about the Glen, Laguna, and Road America?

Don't think so about the Swift. There is a laser scanned VIR, a nice Watkins Glen now, a decent Road America and Barber and a laser Scanned (from the makers of rF2) Sebring.

    Keith,
    Thanks for the reply.
I just replaced my computer, and decided to try and salvage the old one for the simulator. It's an 11 year old Dell EXP running windows XP. It has an intel Core (TM)2 quad CPU Q6600 at 2.4GHz, 3 GB RAM 32 bit OS with a standard VGA graphics adapter. Do you have any idea if this is sufficient to make RF 2 a decent option? [I'm guessing it will run RF 1, but still haven't gotten it set up to see. Just replaced the hard drive and rebooted from the old boot disk that came with the computer 11 years ago.]
Also, do you know if RF 2 has a Formula Ford available?

Thanks for the info. Too bad about the Swift. That would have been sweet!

From those specs, I doubt it will run rF2 well.

I couldn't believe I'd paid what I did for this thing and not get a graphics card. I finally figured out how to get the re-boot to recognize the Nvidia Ge Force 8800.

I'm going to try and find the Lola FF download from the old thread here. Is R-Factor central still the place to download tracks? I lost all of mine with the laptop crash.

For rF2 the main place is through Steam Workbench. I think there's another thread here with links to get track mods for rF2. rFCentral is still the place for regular rFactor (1) tracks.
