Frame up restoration 2017.

Approx two hours track time in late 2017, early 2018 since

Frame: Cracked checked and inspected.

Wheels: 2 two sets Revolutions, stripped, inspected and recoated flat black

New rod ends and heims

Vintage Smith's mechanical guages

Newly built Pat Prince lowers in front, some of his last and greatest work

All suspension nickel plated.

Shocks: Rebuilt to original specs by Performance Shocks, new springs

Brakes: Period correct Girling 14LF Calipers. Completely disassembled, bead blasted, coated and rebuilt with new pistons, seals, and bleeder valves. New lines, fittings, Rebuilt Master cylinders, and new cockpit bias adjuster installed.KFP 5538 blue pads.

New Momo 250cm Steering wheel.

Radiators rebuilt , painted and pressure tested.New blue silicone hoses and SS clamps installed throughout.

New fuel cell

CV joints rebuilt with balanced bearings, new seals and boots. Inner and outer

Gearbox: MK9, blueprinted, polished including 9:31 R&P lightened and polished.
All new dog rings, all new studs, hardware and nuts

No expense spared National level Ivey with less than two hours run time. Yes, all of the new things inside. Rebuild was nearly 8K, without cylinders needing any boring or sleeving. Head flow is amazing, Jay says one of the best Iron Heads he has seen, he will trade for AL head with cash back, it's that good. New Clutch including slave, master kits. New flywheel, rIng gear, push/pull throttle set up and more.

Bodywork great, nice paint, no repairs done since new.

I don't believe there are any other long rod engines out there.. they just got allowed into scca rules

Chris ran f2k series where the powers that be allowed this in.

Likely only Chris's car and whomever paid for the testing at QS to allow this in..
