    What was the name of the Jake Lamont engine book and where is a good place to buy it?

    I believe the book is called; How to Build a Competitive yet legal Formula Ford Engine.

    I bought mine from Pegasus and am using it right now to build my motor, it is very detailed.

    Beyond just giving specs for clearances, thrust etc. it also goes into how to reduce wasted hp during your build which is very helpful..

    Ok I got the receipt in hand so here goes, the book is called "How to build and maintain competitive yet legal Formula Ford 1600 engines"

    The item# is 5293 at Pegasus ph#1-800-688-6946 costs $31.95 plus shipping..
