Could anyone on the forum please direct me to an American made Version of a Valve Spring Compressor for a Lotus Twin Cam Cylinder Head? Thanks, Jerry

I use one like below and works well for the twin cam with the head off.

I have a small valve spring compressor that works a bit like a bearing puller does. Legs that grasp the spring and a threaded handle that allows you to compress the spring. Makes sense in my head, not too sure I am being clear tho. Works head on or off.
I have a new one of these from Snap-on that wouldn't work on the pushrod kent head. Lemme know if you want it.

That's the tool I was describing!
Those will not work on twin cam heads. The valve springs are down in a pocket for the cam buckets.

I have one like Tim's. Not from Snap On. I added a U Bolt to keep the legs tight against the valve spring cause they would always pop off just as you got 1 of the keepers out.
Works great if there is room to get it on the spring.
