In the cockpit, there are a couple of LEDs in the dash. What are they? There's a small red one, and a bigger one. (Not sure what color it is, as it's never been illuminated.

You'll need to trace the wires. Likely low pressure or high temp warning light
I assume you must be running a Pi data system. One of the lights (should be located top center) is the shift light for the Pi system. The other (should be located to the right) is your low water sensor.
Post a picture.

The WORST picture in the history of the world, but it's the only one I have available ATM.
I drew boxes around the LEDs in question. Top right is RED, bottom left is sorta clear.
That light goes off when the flux capacitor is malfunctioning. Don't head towards any walls/buildings if those are on.
How 'bout asking the guy/gal you bought it from?

I worked on the dash some today, and traced the wires. (As some one suggested above). It turns out that they lead to NOTHING. So, they USED to be something, but they're not anymore.
So, I'm free to remove them, without losing anything. (I assume).
The reason I asked in the FIRST place, was I assumed (and we all know what happens when you do THAT!) that stock FMs might have had 2 LEDs in the dash, and someone could tell me "Oh, those are X and Y". Since I didn't get the owner's manual with my car, I had to ask you guys.
