I'm luvin' the flag system.
Excuse my ignorance regarding Swifts, but were the rear brake calipers always mounted rear of the axle? Really, just wondering.
Nice looking car and shop space.

Isn't it cool how an FE can create so much downforce it can stick to the ceiling!

Well we outgrew our shop in Lakeville (on page 1 of this thread) we moved into a brand new shop this past fall (old shop was 5K square feet) which is 24,000 square Ft.
Still a work in progress -Dave
It is not the size that matters.....

My MN garage, before we sold it (with the attached house) last Dec. Now building a new one in CO. (Clearly, the garage was cleaned up for the Realty photos!)

Well, racingflyboy, perhaps you'll get your new home built with the proper square footage formula in place. Race car garage LARGER than living space. (please don't let your wife see this - we'd still like to come visit. )

Too late Kirk! First of all, the Formula got inverted. G=H/4, or something like that I lost space and my stairway to the basement shop. Oh well, I should have enough space, it is heated, plus I had the roof trusses built to withstand an I-Beam loaded with a FF! Built in crane. Secondly, my wonderful wife has seen your post, but you and your much better half are still welcome to come visit anytime. Oh, and we got several more inches of snow today!

This is a great site for real garage builds.
Is that a FJR1300 I see in your garage. Nice bike, very nice garage. Oh, the cars are not bad either!!

Holds my tow vehicle ('74 G30 Chevy Van), toy car for the street ('93 RX7), the race car, and a very basic machine shop.

Everybody take note that Sherri's car sits outside......
My best garage amenity is padded carpeting in my work area. The old bones don't like bare concrete anymore
