    Default 1982 Tiga S2000

SC 82-189 is an extremely original unmolested example of a 1982 Tiga S2000. The current owner has exclusively autocrossed the car for the past 21 years. Car has a Loyning engine and presents itself well. Recent fuel cell bladder and shift linkage rebuild. Spares include a 2nd nose, a spare set of wheels and miscellaneous parts accumulated in the operation of this car over its lifetime. There is a new set of Avon tires for the car. $24,000.00 For more information phone Jack Crone at (951) 283-2146 or email at JCronejr@aol.com.

For the past 21 years the car has been autocrossed exclusively by the current owner. Prior to the current ownership Rob Ericsson owned the car. The car was originally log booked 2-17-84 in the Houston, TX region by Bill Paradise. There is some history in 1987 w/ Dirk Hill with Cal Club region in So Cal.

Nice car. I have one of those "In Memory of" stickers on my Tiga bodywork. Do you know the story behind the sticker?

The story is Richard Takashima #90 was an active competitor in both club racing and autocross in a FF. His motto was HAVE FUN! From what I have found out he passed away 10-15 years ago and at that time many of the San Diego autocross community ran that sticker. My guess is that your car came from So Cal in that period of time.
