VSCDA ANNOUNCES ITS 2013 RACE SEASON
The Vintage Sports Car Divers Association (VSCDA), the Midwest?s premier vintage race club, announces its 2013 Race Schedule with races in Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
VSCDA kicks off its season with the GingerMan Spring Brake Driver?s School and Races on May 2-5, GingerMan Raceway, South Haven, MI. On Thursday evening and all day Friday, VSCDA will conduct its well-regarded Driver?s School, followed by a weekend of vintage racing.
VSCDA continues June 14-16 with the Blackhawk Vintage Classic XXI at Blackhawk Farms Raceway, South Beloit, IL. On August 16-18, VSCDA moves north to Grattan Raceway Park, Grattan, MI, for its Vintage Grand Prix Au Grattan XXVII. VSCDA finishes it season with the always exciting Elkhart Lake Vintage Festival XXVIII on September 6-8 at Road America, Elkhart Lake, WI. Feature races at ELVF this year include the Triumph Kastner Cup Race, the 50th Anniversary of the Formula Vee, and the Trans Am B-Sedans.
This season VSCDA will continue its three very popular race series: the growing number of vintage Sprites and Midgets in our Spridget Series, the quick and agile VSCDA Vintage Vee Series, and the hard-charging Trans Am B-Sedans Series.
