Version 1.2 is finally here! Update your F2000 Heat mod to 11 new 2001/2002 SCCA FC skins.

Doug Prendeville

Dan Bruggeman
Doug Kniffin

Low Resolution (online racing) SCCA 2002 Pack v1.2
Approximate size: 1.9 megs
ZIP File

How to use:
First, make a copy of your drivers.txt file to another folder, where it cannot be copied over. If you wish to use any of the original Beta-version cars in the future, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. To use in the F2000 Heat mod by Team Players, unzip your files to the F2000 folder within your main NASCAR Heat folder. This will include all of the cars listed above, and the new drivers.txt file which controls the listing of cars/drivers available in the game. Start up your game as usual, and select your car from any number of new and real race cars from the 2001 and 2002 SCCA Formula Continental season.

A high resolution version of this skin set is also available on request. High resolution versions not for use with online game play.

Jeff, no physics update whatsoever, and these will work with the final version that will be released by Team Players. I will send you an e-mail with the address for the high res version.

Joe, The new HopSpeed Piper FC competes weekly on the Winter F2000 Heat Challenge. It was in my list of new cars made, so it was included.

I just knew I was going to get some "crap" for this. Hey C'mon Joe, I ran FC in 94-95 and raced against most of those guys on the list, Tomasi was just a mere "punk" back then driving in a 84' Reynard look at him now, Cen-Div bigshot and Thomson...don't get me started . Anyway figured I was grandfathered into FC....

Seriously, I basically begged Doug to create a skin for me for the online racing and he was nice enough to include me in the SCCA car skin set.

I will be running a FF this year in the real world in case anybody really cares -Dave

I have pictures somewhere of your tire smoke, Steve, from Canada corner at the June Sprints a couple of years ago.
