    Default Edge #76?

A friend sent this pic to me from Willow Springs. He crewed the Orange Mazda. Judging from other posts, #76 is Gary Hickman in the Edge?

OH, BTW, FB has another convert! Neil LOVED the FBs and wants one by the end of the year. If you notice a Swift SE-3 and transporter for sale soon you'll know he's serious.

Default Russ, you won't believe this, but...

that is what got me so fired up about FB. We yanked the 2.0L out to refresh it and while it was out I took a tape measure to the chassis. Eureka!! Just enough room to fit a R1 motor in there! I bought an ebay motor and fabbed up a chain diff with suspension mounts that would just roll into the back of the Swift and use existing chassis mounts. I presented my "surprise" and well, I left the garage with it. Since I had gone that far, thought I would finish the project. Haven't finished yet, but I'll get there.

Yep Glen you're right. Mike Anderson in the FM. Moses Smith was in the paddock throughout the weekend. A good time was had by all, so I hear. How jealous am I?
Neil recently moved from Florida back to the West coast. Didn't take the Swift, or me with him. My drive stuff will still fit the Swift...

Yep, that's me about to put him down a lap.

I have my front and rear video loading up to Vimeo right now.....once they're hot you'll be able to watch the entire race from both the front and the arse of my ride.

    Default SWIFT?

For converting the Swift, go over to the DSR website and look for the pictures. This Swift was converted to DSR.
    Not my car
I have been keeping pictures of different cars that have been build. The picture of the swift is one that I pulled off of the DSR website. There are more here: http://sports.racer.net/index1.html Go to the right hand of the page and scroll down to Swift. The pictures are of Johnson Swift. I believe he is in KC

Hi Mike, Could you post a link to more pictures of your car, I did a quick search, but could not find anything. I'm very interested in seeing more pictures of your chassis. Thanks
