well the idea hopefully is that it will not be allowed to participate in the race, 2 races or the season

No car deemed illegal (for what ever reason) should be allowed to compete and possibly effect "legal"cars result.

This goes beyond the whole manifold, smanafold thing .... anything illegal.

Now, if your referring to the possibility of the manifold getting passed, then shows up at F2000........

Perhaps its in the phrasing, I voted, but my take is "disqualified" is that a car had already competed, then was removed from the results. Hate that cause it, as mentioned, can affect the outcome of legal cars results.

I'm presuming that an illegal "visible apparent" car wouldn't be allow to compete in the first place.
