    Default Thanks Stan.

Seems the board didn't think much of Marks request for Traction controls for ALL FA's. Not just Pro Mazdas that already have that feature.

    Default Fast track

Hi Stan, am interested in how you guys apply rules etc and go about roll protection Homologation, as it comes up quite a lot here, as we imprt cars from the States and the UK, and then we have to get homolagated here in NZ, if they have a current SCCA log book, or RACMSA papers (UK) you are OK in the most parts, more so with formula cars, as these are built to FIA standards, but not all standards appear equal, we have had to fight to get a Caterham Lightweight 500 roll protection accepted (Still on going) even though we have the orignal MSA/ FIA papers that says it meets the FIA standard, and while looking at some of the cages in this thread, some would appear to be the same as appears in our manual, but they are what are called secondary cages, that is, ones to fit into a car, not a primary cage as a formula car, and it would appear you need to be a certified engineer to work out and design one yourself (What ever happened to the design on the garage floor type of building), how do you guys deal with it over there?
    Roger
