    Default Ralt-Beasley on BAT

Less than 17 hours to go on a no reserve auction and high bid still under $5K.

Race cars on BAT either seem to do very well or very poorly. Will be fun to watch the last 15 min. (when all the real serious money seems to show up - or not!)

    Default Gaveled at $15,500

Was hoping you'd get it Craig so it would stay in midwest.

Got down to the last few seconds twice, but the last bid blew the budget I had left after finding / bringing home a Sports 2000

Cool youtube clip with Dr. Decibel Charlie Kuhlmann at the start. He was a character and a great addition to the various west coast nationals he attended. No idea what happened to him he just faded away it seems.

Charlie, Dr. Decibel has reached the end of the road that we all will reach with time.

I knew Charlie just a little when he ran an SR6 in CSR fifty (!) years ago, then was *stunned* to see him at the Runoffs in 2006.

He must be well into his 80s now — and Yes, was a really interesting guy.
