Default lola brake and clutch pedal pads (340/440)

Any chance someone has the pads that thread into the brake and clutch pedals lying around? They are just a 7/16-20 bolt with the pad welded to the head. Mine where modified by previous owner and the bolt cut off shorter and the edges of the brake pad were ground smaller as he was a big guy and had size 14 feet. Thanks for checking! Easily enough fabricated but if available would like to keep the car as original as possible.
