    Default Honda wiring harnesses needed!!

Help!!! I am re-assembling a RF98 and putting a Honda in the car. I bought an engine and the seller included the old style ECU. I called Honda to buy a chassis harness and engine harness . The first question was what type of ECU I had and they gave me prices. I responded that I had the older ECU and I told that they are no longer making the old harness but they would sell me a new style ECU.
Does anyone have a chassis harness that would work with the older ECU I could purchase?
    Thank you in advance!

    Default Harness

Did they quote you a price for new ECU and Harness? My DB6 Honda would not start recently and it just needed the connector tightened.

They quoted me the 2 harnesses with the requirement of telling them what ecu you had (old or newer) because the harnesses were different part numbers. I responded that I had the older ecu and a few hrs later I got an email stating the older harness for the older ecu was discontinued. The email then stated I could buy a newer style ecu but no price was given.

** Correction . There was a quote with a new ECU and chassis harness $3300..

I need an old style ecu chassis harness.

Greg, give Mike Scanlan a call. He’s done a lot of harness/ecu swapping on his Spectrum, and may have an old style harness in the shop.
