I purchased a pair of there crew shoes and on the second weekend one of them came apart. Just for my own satisfaction I called there tech line. I explained the failure to Joe, he had none in my size in stock. He then gave me the phone number for Good Vibrations. I gave them a call John answered my call said no problem my new shoes will be shipped out today. I have already received a tracking number.This entire process took less than 15 mins. Hats off to Deist for outstanding customer support.
