Lola T598 S2 steering rack manufacturer and parts

Gents, I'm asking as to what production car the Lola T598 S2 steering rack came from and where to get parts? Is the stock rack gear ratio the same as the production car? Who should I contact about this subject?

I have always assumed that Jack Knight supplied most of the British race car manufacturers over the 70s-90s era (maybe longer). Certainly was supplying VD when your Lola was produced.
