Default Tui Super Vee ***updated price**"

Taking my age and health issues I've decided to sell my formula cars. I have a 1975 Tui BH5 supernova formula super vee. Car is a project. Have the monocoque chassis, the original body in remarkably good shape and the updated body w rear wing and side pods. 4 revolution wheels, frt susp w hubs and brakes, rear trailing arms less uprights, have rear hubs, couple of partial shortblocks, car was in dry storage for 35 years. Have the original USAC and scca certified fire bottle. Fuel cell is in car. Obviously needs to be recertified.or replaced. I've located and spoken w the original owner. It is chassis #2. Car has pretty good history as a front runner. Pic of car in the day. Car is definitely worth restoration. 2500$
Ive updated price. At 2500$ if it doesn't sell for that I'm gonna mock it up paint back to the Essex livery and make it wall art. At least as that it will be a lasting tribute to this beautiful and significant car

I hope someone beyond myself realizes the significance of this car.

Billy McConnell ran it to good effect in the 1975 Bosch VW Gold Cup pro series. I *think* he was a young engineer of some sort, but he could be very quick on his day. This car was replaced by a one-off car called an Essex, named for sponsor Essex Chemicals, an interesting design that sported a center-mounted front wing similar to the March 701 in F1 and the later MRE-Riley in pro S/V.

I also hope someone buys it and brings it back to its original task.

    Good Luck with the sale.
If twice as rich we’d buy a double-wide

Do you have any photos of it now? That would help a lot with the sale and interest.
