It is saying to empty some but I cannot figure how. Can somebody help please?

I committed to buy a s2000 yesterday, This way I can take grandkids along for the ride. Thanks for a good time apexspeed!
The x2000 did not fit me and it has too many nanny devices which cannot be defeated.
So I sold it and bought the 96 vector from Pru. Am prepping it today hoping to run tomorrow. Yesterday I started the motor from cold. I cranked it for just a touch and it fired off. Apparently the engine is excellent!
