The Alpha looks very much like the one I have which was new. Maybe not cut at all.
The ends of the wheel look chopped, and then filled with silicon. Hard to believe this is OEM. Fully functional, just not pro looking.Quote:

Thats how they came from Alpha - crude enough that we stopped selling them as customers complained that we had done it after they were made as fully round
