Mounting GoPro to PFM Body - best placement and cage?

Mates,

I am headed to my third race in the PFM next week at Road America. The car's built-in video is excellent for documenting incidents, but horrible otherwise for me. I have a GoPro 7 Black I bought a long time ago and would like to try mounting it. Where is the best place to mount it? And what cage for the Go Pro would you recommend?

I gave up using the GoPro while in DE because I could not get it to reliably record. I won't get my hopes up now, either, but I do want it to pass tech, and I don't want it to get lose. Thanks!

I don't know the best place to mount, but I highly suggest this mount:

It almost eliminates all video problems.

Also, tether the camera - its in the regs. All mounts break.

The suction cup mount is very strong. It stayed in place all day on my off-road car windshield.

Suction cup would likely only work decently on a nice clean GLASS surface. Not many of those available on open wheel cars.
