The 2012 June Sprints were this past weekend at Road America. Only two real Atlantics (an 014 and an RT41) took the green in a field dominated by the P1 class and other cars (Pro Mazda, F Regional) currently classified as Atlantics. It was a very sad sight.
What a shame!!! But if people do not want to come out for whatever reason what can be done?
We have in the SW Division 3 or 4 real Atlantics and a dozen or so Pro Mazda's running. Pro Mazda's if they keep running will inherit the class or if the PFM's stop running FA will die. It is sad but it is the reality.I have two PFM's and it is a lot of speed for the cost and maintenance.If there was a way to equalize the two that would be great but unlikely.
