Dave, there are 3-4 different variations, I think, so you may want to post a picture, or the year of the car it was on.
IIRC (from my bad memory), at first (1980?) with the rocker arm cars it was a wide front, then pointy, then medium, then another change when they went to push rod.
You are correct, Russ.
1980 - 1982 was a wider nose with wide fairings over the rockers.
1983 was the very pointy nose, also with wide fairing over the rockers but fit a very unique narrow nose box.
1984 to 1987 was what is considered standard.
1988 was a completely different animal which will only fir the 1988 version.
Pictures are required.
Dave, that is a very good price.
Would you mind getting a shipping estimate for me? I'll send a PM.
Thank you.
Russ
Hi is nose still available? Would it fit on a 1983 RT4?
Thank You
That appears to be a 1983 nose. You would have to measure across the forward underside of the nose to determine the width of the nose box at that area.
Not sure exactly what year its off of,. but yes its still for sale.
I know shipping is a killer.

It is a push-rod car, so not 1983, Could be 1984 or 1985.

This is definitely a pushrod nose. It is at least an 1985 or newer. It is definitely not a 1983 nose.
