Formula First In Florida
I don't follow the forum as closely as I'd like, so maybe this discussion has happened before. I keep hearing that there's almost no one who races an FST in Florida? Any ideas as to why that may be? Just curious as I was thinking of getting back into racing soon and maybe finding an FST.

Most of the FST cars are centered around the Chicago-Great Lakes area where the class was conceived. They sometimes have 10-15 cars at their events. I built a FST in 2009. I live in North Ga. near Road Atlanta and have been the only one in the Southeast for most of that time. Some others have come and gone and now we have one in TN, one in VA. and me. We are working on trying to meet this year at some races in the SEDIV.
I was expecting maybe a few FV guys convert to FST over the years, but underestimated their devotion to their class.
There are I think 3 FST's for sale in FL. right now.

So I guess the only thing more rare would be a left-handed FST driver then? lol

C'mon, you could do it! Buy one of the cars in FL. and I'll meet you at Roebling Road in April.
