Formula Ford 50th Anniversary Series in 2017
As you may have seen in the most recent edition of the CSRG Contact Patch, in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the creation of the Formula Ford, your fellow Group 6 drivers have put together a Formula Ford 50th Anniversary Series. The Series will take place in 2017, and will feature five races for Historic fords and Club fords, and will include prizes, awards, camaraderie and fun, with Formula Ford run groups and a special feature race and awards ceremony at the CSRG Charity Challenge in October. The Series will run the following races:
· HMSA at Laguna Seca on March 18-19
· CSRG at Sonoma on March 31-April 2
· CSRG at Thunderhill on April 28-30
· SOVREN at Portland in September 2-3
· CSRG at Sonoma on September 29-October 1
Mark your calendars and make sure your car preparation efforts are on track! Please let us know what events you might be interested in attending. We need this information so that we can build proper run groups, and to keep everyone in the loop regarding all the details from registration to competition rules & etc.
