Anyone hear from Ryan at Jongbloed?

I last talked with Ryan two weeks ago for updated centers for my wheels. He said he would ship them out the next day. They have not arrived and my phone calls have only gone to voice mail. Is Ryan ok? If so, are others encountering any dalays? If not, what is going on?

That is normal with Ryan in my experience. Quality product, but you have to deal with delays and lack of communication.

My best way off communication with him is always via email.

rarely I get him answering the phone as he is busy on machines.

I recently had an order placed and shipped a couple weeks ago.

FYI, Ryan returned my call yesterday and said he will ship updated wheel centers to me now. Sorry to have bothered everyone with this transaction.
