Default Repacement Mk series CASES

Fresh run of Mk (VW) cases.

Currently have four cases prepped and ready for your replacement needs. These are older VW magnesium casings, not the current Brazilian ones. True vintage parts here! lol

All cases are 20mm cross shaft (clutch), "ring nut" style pinion bearing, milled for the reverse idler and clear coated. Sold with all stock VW studs as when disassembled. Bare cases only, no plugs or seals etc. etc. New reverse idlers must be installed with a "re case". Making up some more by mid next week. Final run should tally about 8pcs.

#1: SOLD

#2. Very nice, minimal pitting, chip around drain (fill) hole rib, dbl snap ring. $270

#3. Very nice, minimal pitting, dbl snap ring, reverse pocket milled .030 too deep (me) can be shimmed. $250

#4. "B" grade, more pitting incl around four holes on top (VW mounts). dbl snap ring, older clear coat. $210

All cases can ship ground UPS for a minimal fee.

OPTIONS:
Band saw off bottom (VW top) flush for adapter $20
Band saw off bottom and remove starter corner $25
Band saw off bottom, trim around starter hole but keep circle in tact $25

Services such as installation of layshaft bearings, fitting new idler spigot, setting reverse lash etc are all available, please inquire.

Just a reminder to everyone that I still these available. A few calls but none sold as of yet. May also run a few of the 4-bolt cases in the next week also.

I know I've been out of the FF community for a while, but I'm sure there are some folks out here still with cracked cases, can't believe that problem has gone away!
