    Default Where to?

    Fletcher:

Where did this car end up? It had a very colorful last decade. I believe that this was our DB1 in 2003. We had purchaed it from Darren Brown (TX) who had run it in the 2001 and 2002 runoffs. I believe that he finished 4th in 2001.

We painted it the silver/black colors, and added the AIM dash (if it's still the same dash).

We found ourselves looking at a DB6 in late 2003, or we probably would still have that car.

Hope that you enjoyed it as much as we did.

If it is, it's the car that still holds the FF lap record at Texas World Speedway.

John you are right, it was 2001 that I was 4th (crashed in 2002). Justin Pritchard qualified that car 2nd (maybe 3rd) at the 2000 run offs. The car was beautiful after John did a ground up.

Bruce you are correct, That car hold 2 different configuration records at TWS. 2.9 mile race record and 1.8 mile qualifying record.

definitely a good car that I miss.

Wow! The car is now in Michigan. My father ran the car when it was new in Colorado. Its a great car, it was fast first time we had it out. I believe the car will continue to do well!
