Question: Have the suspension rockers and arms been replated?

If so, how do you convince a plating shop to plate used hollow parts?

Pat Prince repaired some of the pieces several years ago and he sent them to a plater to have them replated. So I don't know who did the plating. You could contact Prince Racecar Engineering and ask them where they send parts to be plated. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the suggestion. Pat and his local plating shop can and will do the replating and associated prep work for very little cost!!! Pat even does the bearing, etc. removal since his guys can easily do this without damaging the parts!

I know the ad says an Ivey engine, but why is it blue?

The engine was originally built by Ivey. I repainted it blue.

Never looked at an RF85 before. Except for the side rads it's a complete copy of a DB-1. Very nice looking car for the asking price.
