**FREE***3000SF Warehouse Perfect for shop

Hello, I have a huge 3000 SF shop in Pembroke Pines Fl (Broward county, south Florida), wide open space, that would be perfect for a Race car shop. It is in a brand new warehouse complex and has 30' ceilings. You can run your business and work out of it for FREE as long as you work on my car: maintain and setup my car (when I get one!). I think that is pretty fair!

Now if only I could get other people to pay me to work on and service their cars I would be set.

Can not beat that deal if you are opening a shop.

What type of car and what will the schedule be like, club or pro series.

Not sure on type of car yet and the schedule is would be very light (not professionally), I plan on doing most regional weekends and maybe some nationals. The Warehouse is completely wide open. We use it for storage and we hardly have anything in it (one small area) you'd need to bring all your own equipment, it's a bare space. You can fix 10-15+ car in it (at least). It's in a excellent and safe neighborhood in a brand new warehouse complex. I have the extra space so if I can get someone that can take care of my car it's a win/win for everyone.
