Default Crossle 62F History??

I have a 62F Crossle that I recently acquired and am trying to piece together some of the history for it. I t was originally raced in Ireland by Fionn Murray. Then in 1989 it was imported to North America by Continental Crossle and sold to Jim Roberts. The list below are the events in the log books that I recieved with the car. If anyone has past history that might know the name of the canadian that owned the car prior to Jeff Jagusch or might have pictures of he car as raced by Fionn Murray in Ireland, let me know. I have convesred with Jeff and he does not recall who sold him the car.

Thanks in advance for your help!!

Default History of 62f - Jim Roberts

The Jim Roberts you are most likely referring to is here in Windsor, Ontario and an active FC driver in the Great Lakes Challenge with a Carbir. He is related to Corey Collins who is the director for the Great Lakes Challenge and a contributor to the Apexspeed FC site. We had numerous discussions about the cars virtues and as at the time I was drivng the FC version 63F - also an Irish Champion car but imported by Mike Rand in about 1989. I drove the Crossle 63f for 6 years at Waterford, Mid Ohio and Grattan. For me this was a great car and we did pretty well with the car. Jim is still pretty quick and is probably lurling out there somewhare.

The guy who bought it off Robert, was Shane Jantzi, the same one who is multiple ontario champion. I raced against Shane when he had it, I was in a 60 f at the time.

Default Crossle 62

I replied to you separetly but yes it was my car. The car was sold by me to Bob Zaniewski and maybe after that to Shane Jantzi. The car was Irish national champ car year before [?]. Call Continental Crossle for parts they are good people and they flew the car in originally. Will help you all you need.
