At first blush was not going to go BUT for sure it is a MUST see event - the cars are simply spectacular - this years marque were Mercers and the collection of Runabout Racers on the green was - breathtaking including an unrestored 1911 racer !!!
The competition cars from Ferrari, Mercedes Benz, the setting on the Bay almost too surreal. the cars, the atmosphere the outstanding ladies whew !!
Just driving around the Peninsula you see at street corners Bugatti's, F1 McLarens, TCs, just everything - the restaurants, the entire event weekend outstanding - We did NOT go to the Quayle show which has tickets for $400 and only 3000 and all are pre-sold - The
, a celebration of Italian Style is held Friday at Laguna Seca Golf Ranch next to the track had over 800 Italian cars !
I HATE the phrase "Bucket List" but if you are an automotive enthusiast, the cars, racecars, races, models, art, etc. you MUST do it at least once.
